Refund Policy

Shipping


To return your product, you should email us first to see if we can do anything for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We always recommend using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

All items are made to order and returns are not accepted unless stated otherwise on a case-by-case basis. We retain the right to refuse return under all circumstances, including if the item does not meet the expectations of the buyer. All return requests will be assessed independently. In cases where a return has been agreed by That Life Clothing, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return postage costs and provide proof of postage. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchasing the item. International returns will not be accepted. If an item is not returned in its original condition (unused and unopened) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value deemed appropriate. If the buyer fails to present proof of postage and the item is lost in transit, all refunds, replacements or exchanges (where agreed) will be void. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted for:
  • Custom or personalised orders of any kind (this includes instances whereby the buyer provides incorrect spelling at checkout or via email and the order has already been processed/dispatched)
  • Digital downloads including gift cards 

 

REFUNDS 
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/ UNDELIVERED GOODS
Photographs of damaged or faulty items must be provided within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for refund. Please send the required information to jonathan@thatlifeclothing.co.uk for your refund to be processed.

  • Items damaged in transit are eligible for a full refund or replacement (if the original item that was damaged remains in stock).
  • Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or replacement (if the original item that is faulty remains in stock).

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of That Life Clothing receiving the returned item/ sufficient proof of damage or defect. It is the buyers responsibility to submit their refund request within the 7 day Notice Period for this to be processed. We are not be liable for the deposited funds once a refund has been issued. Please contact your payment provider directly for any enquiries regarding processing time for deposited funds. 

All terms are void for damaged/faulty items if a refund is not requested within 7 days of receiving the product. We retain the right to decline all refund requests after this period.
